Solar System Installed by the Tonto Apache Tribe

From the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy:

Native American tribal lands comprise approximately 5% of all #US renewable #energy resources. The Energy Department continues to fund #tribal projects that deploy energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies to spur economic development and cut energy costs. Today, we announced new funding for#solar and energy efficiency projects in 8 states for tribes and native villages.
